Here's my first, uneditted attempt:
It's very raw! The acoustics in the room is pretty bad and I forgot a whole sequence on the left side, when I was distracted by some people wanting to come into the studio!
I've uploaded it anyway and am viewing it as an opportunity to learn and grow, evolve, change and become a better teacher!
Filmed at Sunshine Coast Power Yoga, where I teach regular Childrens and Adults classes.
I've filmed some more classes and will be uploading soon.
