You've heard about the benefits of meditation? Perhaps you've heard that it can help you to enjoy life more and function better. Perhaps you've heard that regular meditation can help you manage stress, enjoy better sleep , enjoy healthier relationships and be more productive and effective in your work and your life?


Maybe you've tried meditation; you bought an app, read a book about meditation or attended a meditation class or two?

Maybe you didn't 'get it', it didn't feel right, you 'just fell asleep', you don't have an hour a day to spare, or it was kind of irritating/boring/uncomfortable?

Would you like to learn a style of meditation that you love? Would you like to experience the benefits of meditation in just a few minutes a day?

What if Meditation is an overall physiological response - an integrated mind-body state? What if meditation is natural and you may already have your own, innate and unique style? What if the ability to meditate is built-in, and there are thousands of ways of accessing it?

From my experience, practice and years of intensive training with arguably the worlds' best meditation teacher, I believe that the best way for an individual to meditate is the way that suits his/her nature.


And this is the challenge.


Unless you find the one or two techniques that truly suit your nature, you won’t want to meditate, won’t find it a natural fit with your daily life, and the negative side effects may outweigh the benefits.


This was my experience. For many years, I practiced a style that really didn't suit me. I ended up hating it and giving up.

I believed that I was a failure and that I couldn't meditate.

I found a better way and I can teach you.


Through meditation coaching sessions, together, we can create a repertoire of meditation tools and techniques that really suit you. I can coach you into developing your own healthy meditation practice... one that you LOVE.

Through a unique, multi-disciplinary and holistic approach, I work with you one-on-one or in small groups to create customised meditation tools and techniques to support you along the wondrous journey of self-discovery and self-love through the practice of Instinctive Meditation.

Using the research-findings from countless scientific studies and information from ancient texts, I will teach you to create a meditation practice that is deeply pleasurable and allows you to savour the ever-changing textures and rhythms of your inner and outer world.

These can be delivered face-to-face or via Skype. Typically, we need 6-12 sessions to really cultivate a healthy meditation practice for you.
