Empowered Prana Flow Yoga is a fluid flowing practice of asana's (yoga postures) which, when combined with the breath can help to build strength, flexibility and endurance. With a pure intention to inspire and empower, Tash offers a space that invites her students to creatively explore and nurture their bodies, be guided by their inner wisdom and express their own flow.

Science has shown, and educators can confirm, that when we are anxious, frustrated or stressed, it is difficult to teach and nearly impossible to learn.
Schools are busier than ever with a high focus on competition and external rewards. This daily focus of achievement orientated awareness, coupled with the consistent use of technology, exhausts the mind and body. It is hard to learn and teach when we are exhausted.
When we use Yoga Tools at school, we are learning ways to enhance self-awareness, self-care and selfmanagement by tuning into the body, the breath and the mind. Yoga Tools not only enhance teaching and learning, Yoga Tools are skills we learn to support us through life!
