NEW Class starting this week!

Core-Strength Vinyasa Yoga Class

This is not your typical yoga class! This is a class that combines the ancient wisdom of the east and latest fitness moves with modern anatomy research . Using the principles of high intesity interval training (HIIT) and yoga alignment, you will build lean muscle all over your body, fire up your metabolism, detox , stretch tension away from body and relax the  mind. With a focus on building core-strength and all-body tone, this is  a workout with ZEN!

  1. Well I don’t have that much stamina or flexibility that I can do such great poses. You have made a nice and correct postures dear. Have you any online yoga video too which can help me as I am a beginner in yoga. Please help.
