Loving the spring rain - ah!, we so desperately needed it. I'm so fortunate to be able to enjoy some fabulous yoga teacher training in Byron Bay this weekend. I'm gathering so many fresh ideas for our Revive Retreat next week . There are still plenty of spaces left - is one of them for you? Do you need a break? This retreat is an ideal escape before the heat and chaos of the Summer Begins... please contact me if you're keen to join us Oct-5-7th.... details on the Events tab
Empowered Prana Flow Yoga is a fluid flowing practice of asana's (yoga postures) which, when combined with the breath can help to build strength, flexibility and endurance. With a pure intention to inspire and empower, Tash offers a space that invites her students to creatively explore and nurture their bodies, be guided by their inner wisdom and express their own flow.
